14 win in TNM Mpamba Promotion

Premier mobile service provider TNM  on Tuesday conducted the second draw of its ongoing  Send Money and win promotion where the company splashed state of the art Samsung Galaxy core 2  phones to 14 lucky customers.

Through the promotion which started on December 10, 2014 TNM is giving out a Samsung Galaxy core 2 to one customer each day.

Speaking during the draw held at company’s head office in Blantyre, TNM marketing manager Madalitso Jonazi said Send Money and Win promotion has received overwhelmed response from customers.

“We have seen a tremendous increase in the number of people sending money through our mobile money service Mpamba since we rolled out the promotion and as a company we are very excited”, said Jonazi.

Jonazi has therefore called on customers to continue participating in the promotion.

“There is excitement among our customers who are winning prizes every day and we would like to encourage them to continue participating.”

One of the winners in the second draw Watson Black, a Zomba business man could not hide his excitement when the news was broke to him.

‘I’m very excited to be one of winners of this promotion, I should take this opportunity to thank TNM for the promotion this is a way to go”, Black said.

To qualify into the promotion TNM customers have to send money using Mpamba services from K2, 000 and above.

TNM will run the promotion until the January 18, 2015.

These promotions are a gimmick to lure people into consuming tnm services. It is a profit maximising action by the network service provider. My main worry is the poor availability and convinience of the mpamba service. Unless they are at par with the Airtel mobile money services in quality they are going nowhere.
