2017 will be more fire, says Tay Grin as Kanda song tops Trace Africa TV
Malawi’s hip-hop artist Limbani Kalilani, better known by his stage name Tay Grin, says fans shoud expect “more fire in 2017”.
The Nyau music rappe disclosed this when he was reacting to his music video Kanda is topping Trace Africa television ‘African Hit 10’.
Kanda—which features Sonye and Nigerian Orezi—is playing on the channel after the musician submitted it directly when he visited the channels studios in South Africa.
“It’s a great feeling. Number one in Africa is a big position and not easy to obtain. I am failing to put this into words,” said Tay Grin who is currently on holiday in London.
He said “2017 will be more fire, great plans and awesome stuff awaits” .
The rapper who has banged a number of awards, expressed gratitude to his fans and God for the feat he has achieved.
“It’s been a great year and not over yet. A few more things to do before the year ends,” he said.
