Really? Is there a cast-iron contract that the maize has been purchased? How has it been paid for?

Where is this maize? Certainly, it is not in Malawi.

Has the means of transport for getting the maize here been worked out? Is there money for transport?

Is it white maize, or yellow maize, which is grown for animal feed?

Well, I suppose that is true, but did NT not tell us before that it was 8.5 MILLION who would need food aid?
