Come on.Airtel..we are now in the 4G era!
and what about some of your dongles which gets outdated within a year or so? Can they be exchanged for upgrades? otherwise we cant be buying your dongles and they become redundant within a year or less? get that?

Malawi has the worst internet and telephone services in the entire world.Somebody in the Ministry of Information should try to hold the balls of Airtel and TNM to give its customers better service. There is no point in going to 3G when Rwanda and others are moving to 4G and yet their services are appauling.
