“Apart from solving customer queries, I believe that this new customer service shop will also cater for innovative mobile solutions and devices which our people require from your company.

“I believe the move will yield positive results in the manner of doing business and improving the lives of thousands of our people,”  Nyasulu.

Nyasulu also said Airtel is committed to bringing mobile money, data and voice solutions closer to the people in order to increase customer satisfaction through convenience and ease of reach of the customer.

“It has been our endeavor to enhance the customer experience for all our customers accross the country. Through this new customer service shop, we have an opportunity to give our customers the overall retail experience that Airtel has to offer.

“The launch of more shops around the country is a significant achievement for us and underlines the importance of engaging with our consumers on a daily basis,” She said.

The new customer service shop is a fully fledged service Centre providing all Airtel products and services.

The new shop will create a retail environment that’s entirely focused on the ultimate customer experience and give people from Ntcheu an opportunity to explore the company’s entire range of products and services.

This is one of the many shops that the company has opened in the country. Since last year, Airtel has been actively growing its presence across the country and has opened more shops in Mponela, Mchinji and Salima.

The company is also working with its key distributors to modernize their Airtel branded outlets and increase convenience of access to service for its customers countrywide.

Martha Phiri, a Ntcheu resident said that the Express shop was a game changer in the district.

“The opening of this Airtel Express Shop here in Ntcheu has saved us the inconvenience of having to travel  far to access Airtel’s products like mobile phones, airtime and Airtel money,” she said.
