Why don’t you fight cigarettes and alcohol. You have been fighting Hemp since creation, but no solution. Why fighting a loosing battle, let it go. Why do you think these other countries Ligarised it, here is the ttuth. They failed to stop it with their best resources, we are the poorest Nation on earth with very important problems to solve than this Hemp issue.

useless article, no mention of the figures from the study or where the study was done, no comment on what the population of those smoking was prior to the legalization of industrial hemp. just making noise for no reason.
