There are traffic police all over town every day checking vehicles and yet we still have road accidents due to overloaded vehicles or because of vehicles that are unworthy to be on the road. Some thing isn’t working. On the lake overloading a boat is even more serious but there’s hardly ever any checks or patrols by authorities. Even so people should use some wisdom, why board an overloaded vehicle or boat, your life is too precious.
