O…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..O Clearly these parliamentarians have no sufficient reasons for celebrating. . . . simply because of glaring inconsistencies and lack of will or capacity to enforce laws, in SADC countries. In Malawi for instance, although the newly assented to, Divorce, Marriage Age, Family Relatins Bill, has 18 as minimum age, the constitution (the most supreme legal documents on the land), clearly states that a 15 year old can marry if one just buys her parents’ consent with a packet of sugar. . . . and nobody wants to do anything about this. the heading itself is so misleading at first I though Njobvuyalema banged a sweet 16 as his counterparts were ammending the law of allowing sweet 16 marriages……..hahahahaha
