Balaka, Balaka, Balaka, yes because there are people whose childrens agendas are at their hearts -Patriotism for the good cause of children. Also it means people are now well informed and would want to break the issue of silence. They want to call a spade a spade and perpetrators be brought to book accordingly. Other district please emulate the example to bare all perpetrators. we know kwina konso zikuchitika yet the citizens are silent to the cry of innocent children. wake up Malawians and report all child abuse cases

let the activist magistrate try the case. she will have a higher standard in examining the evidence, but of course she will also give the stiffest penalty should the evidence be against the accused.
