Blakjak and Gwamba drop a surprise single ‘Mwam’puta Dala’

Blakjak has resurfaced with another 2015 single, a dancehall fusion Mwam’puta Dala featuring the hip-hop voice of Gwamba.

The song is the dancehall artist’s second single this year after Mwana Wakwa Neba which came out in March.

Mwam’puta Dala,  produced by Dj Sley Of Chit-Chat Records, will surely be regarded as a sting on the artist and his buddy’s haters if the lyrics are anything to go by.

A danceable tune, Mwam’puta Dala’ clearly provides enough grounds for the two to boast about their success while taking swipe at the wannabes- if their success over the years is taken into consideration.

It is Blakjak’s second official collabo with Gwamba after Swag Yachi Dala which is still a big hit.

”We have  also done other demos together but they were never released,” Blakjak told Nyasa Times.

Blakjak justified his decision to release a second single almost seven months after his first this year.

”Like good wine, I always want to give time to my music to spread and grow before  releasing another song”.

Mwam’puta Dala is expected to be accessible through a couple of channels including soundcloud:
https://www.soundcloud.com/blakjak-che-kalonda/, his Blog Spot: https://www.blakjakmw.tumblr.com and Malawi-music.com.

Asked of any album plans, Blakjak said everything was set for the release of his first official album, but his fans have to surely wait a little bit longer.

”I have finished recording but we can only know the progress after my exams in December,” he said.

”Just want to dedicate time to my studies first”.

Blakjak, former a member of now defunct Nyasa Guruz, rose to fame in 2012 with a hit single Wadya Iwe.

He once had working partnership with Prime Time Media and is now working  with Soul Rebel which consists of Gwamba, Third Eye and others.

Does he know the meaning of the symbols he is displaying?
