I being the custodian of the proper, professional, patriotic, transparent and business orientated CIVIC office management, do applaude you my sons for complementing my efforts-GOD BLESS YOU.But I have two things to be attended to urgently, before I pick my whip and lash at your backs Noel and Ted.First, remove nuissance caused by illigal vending once and for all,and secondly, visit Chilobwe Vocational Centre and apologize to Hannover City Council- Germany before bankrolling of Community College initiative.Failure to do so, will vindicate your younger brothers and sisters, who are speculating that you are potlifting my relish with gluttons and greedy dogs.

If only you had stayed as an independent, I could trust you, but you DPP Mayors are as crooked as your MATANYULA BOSS. Fotseki, I know this is going to be a DPP sports day. Go to hell Chalamanda. You want to cox the corporate world to swindle them of their hard earned money. You have already started the DPP way. Galu waMayor.

Mr Mayor congratulations, this is a move in the right direction. We need a reintroduction of the mayor’s trophy.

Please step in to reorganize the BT city assembly. I believe there is a lot of money which is either being misused or not collected. Please revamp the personnel and only keep motivated people.

Please shake up the assembly, please, please. There is a lot of potential, given people with the right attitude.
