BT bids farewell to ex-Miss Malawi Faith

Sombre mood engulfed College of Medicine in the commercial city of Malawi, Blantyre on Saturday when thousands of Malawians from the entertainment industry, business people, sports personalities gathered to pay their last respect to Faith Chibale, who was former Miss Malawi.

Faith, who was always charming and humble died on Friday afternoon at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital after battling with Tuberculosis. Faith died at the age of 24.

Many could not contain themselves but shed tears when time to view Faith’s body arised.

After speeches, prayers the body of Faith Chibale was driven to Manjawira in Ntcheu District where it will be laid to rest on Sunday.
