Can Immigration Department act? The guy is coaching and BB is saying he is not working. What do you mean? RSA has now changed laws. The South African government does not issue work permits in South Africa. U have to apply in your country.
Ramadan is living illegally. Can Immigration Department must act. In fact, let them move from company to company to check on foreign nationals who are working illegally. They have to deported and the company employing illegal immigrants should be prosecuted.

Alot of people work without work permits in Malawi. You will find many of them in Asian shops. Most of them claim to have lost their passports and Malawian authorities are not doing anything.

I would have thought he is in bleach of immigration law by working as a visitor, and as such, shouldn’t he be arrested and deported? Bata have questions to answer ie, what checks did they do to check his legality to work?
