Bullets reappointing Ramadhan as coach: To form a new-look technical team
Nyasa Big Bullets have appointed Burundian tactian Nsazwirwimo Ramadhan as head coach as teams are busy on the market buying players and reinforcing their technical panels.
High placed sourced within the Bullets camp confided in Nyasa Times that Ramadhan was offered the contract on Monday.
The former caretaker Malawi national football team coach is yet to to accept the offer as he is scrutising the deal but s having positive discussion with the club.
“Bullets have offered Ramadhan an offer letter for employment but he has said he would accept after going through the contract,” said the source privy to the deal.
“Among others he has also gave Bullets conditions on the technical team and advised them that no player should be transfer listed until he comes should he accept the deal.”
This comes in the wake of allegations that Bullets would like to drop eight players ahead of the seaon.
Bullets coaching panel was depleted after the sacking of Franco Ndawa due to poor perfomance, and later assistant coach Mabvuto Lungu and goalkeeper trainer Swadick Sanudi and team manager Rahim Ishmail on disciplinary grounds.
Towads the end of the season Bullets recruited former coach Eliah Kananji from their archrivals Be Forward Wanderers back to the People’s Team with six games before the end of the season.
Bullets finished the season on second position after failing to defend the TNM Super League and just managed to win Presidential Cup despite securing a landmark sponsorship from Nyasa Manufacturing Company.
