That is just a small issue. Come to Capitol Hill and see the real burglary. The street / security lights which were donated and installed by Japanese government are all vandalised and all equipments like batteries are stolen, said that is not enough even those next to where Capitol Hill police officers lives and sits to guard. All the burglars bar around Capitol Hill fence/wall are all stolen. I mean Malawi is a sorry state.
