Mwai Mwale is a thief! A big thief. He has plundered a lot of funds at Bwaila and needs thorough investigation. He boasts of having connections with DPP high profile figure and says no body can dare him! Unfortunate event,
Why is it that hospital staff put at risk the patients who visited the hospital, by keeping them waiting till late into the afternoon.

You would have thought these educated people could have found a place before 2pm.

Or even delayed their work to rule program until the tents were installed.

They have forgot their training and worried about their selfish selves.

Good that someone in management was wise enough to deal with the crisis by early afternoon,
