Why is the RSA accommodating Malawi fugitives? What legal hutches are there in accommodating someone who gruesomely murdered a defenseless girl or one who stole from poor tax payers? You are not helping us bwana Zuma. Perhaps there is no extradition treaty.

Mjiba have your eyesand ears wide open. it Appears you are knowledgeable but misallocate the use your knowledge to demean the DPP. Just a reminder Misonzi Chamthunya is still held in South African prisons due to legal hitches raised by the government there while they know the seriousness of the crime allegedly committed . To avoid delays of the above nature the DPP has resorted to trial in absentia.
