THE ISSUE IS NOT ABOUT WHETHER WE NEED CLIMATE POLICY. MALAWI IS KNOWN FOR DEVELOPING GOOD POLICY DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE NEVER UTILIZED.

THE REAL PROBLEM IS OVERPOPULATION. TIKUBEREKANA TOO MUCH. UMUONA WINA ALIBE CHINA CHILICHONSE KOMA ANA PHWI!!!! KATOLIKA IS AT THE FORE FRONT ENCOURAGING THIS BY REFUSING TO ADOPT FAMILY PLANNING. THIS COUNTRY IS SMALL. GO IN MOST PRIMARY SCHOOLS AND YOU WILL BE ALARMED WITH THE NUMBER OF KIDS AND FEEL SORRY FOR MALAWI. THIS COUNTRY IS DOOMED!
