The problem is that irrigation is very expensive . To sustain it you need to irrigate high value crops like sugar, rice, tobacco BUT not maize. Even the lower shire farmers are so intelligent that they harvest green maize for sale when the value is still high.

the country is becoming stupified, a bunch of stupids lead stupid people, listening to stupid clergy who one day tells us that we are losing rais because we are gay – – – – – stupid Malawians.
Today the clergy are coming back promoting irrigation – since when did God give them this revelation? Stupid gumbis

The problem with irrigation is that we don’t have enough water in Malawi. The much touted Lake Malawi is not even enough for Electricity generation through out the year.

This is quite interesting, u mean the president and his cabinet sakuganizira za.irrigation and needs to be told about this, if thus the case then Malawianas w r in big shit! Nanga inu K50,000 simunapatsidweko?
