Hahahahah! steam engines? This time? In South Africa they are using electric trains. I think CEAR has not bought but rather just picked from the scrap yard.

But what about customer service? I was put off by the dirty entry point for passengers at limbe and no time keeping. A train which was supposed to take off at 6am leaves 4hrs late and no appology.

The second paragraph talks about six new steam engines. If these are locomotives then they must be very old, because (as far as I am aware) the age of steam on the railways ended about 50 years ago.
