Celebrity professional photographer Bensam goes Hip Hop
Celebrity professional photographer and label owner, Ben Sam, has surprised the music industry by announcing he is going to drop a debut album this year.
Ben Sam made the unexpected announcement last week Thursday that he has signed to his Bensam Entertainment Company as an artist.
His album is going to be titled ‘Numbers’ and the first single will be out in a week.
‘Numbers’ is a Hip Hop album with some Rhythm and Blues.
“I always wanted to work alongside Dali and Blaze. I am very excited with this development because my forth coming music project will have big names in the music industry as well as upcoming artists with promising talent” said Bensam in a statement.
‘Numbers’ features some of the music industry’s most happening artists; Blaze, Dali, Tsar Leo, DareDevils, Martse, Krazie G, BFB, Third Eye, Malinga Mafia, Blatso, Hyphen (formerly know as Young Kay) and Charisma.
In an exclusive interview with Nyasatimes Bensam said the move to become an artist is “very legit”
The celebrated photographer explained the decision has been long time coming “what the general public don’t know is that I have been singing thru Dali and Blaze mostly. Some of the songs that those guys have made have been my ideas and they brought them to life”
“Dali and Blaze are very creative and talented they have their projects going on, they have albums to drop, so I decided to embark on my own journey to bring my musical ideas to life” he said
Bensam talked about his about being a collaborative effort of both old school and new school music and musicians.
“I hope it came out right. I could come up with ideas/concepts and my guys could cook a good song out of it”
Bensam has enlisted top notch producers in the country to put his brings his ideas to life some of who are BFB, the award winning Nyasa Music producer, Manje, Janta, and Tricky Beatz.
He told us he is soon about to work with another recognized top billing producer Sley.
