“Be informed that the CRFA league second round begins this weekend,” reads a statement released by CRFAL Fixture Secretary Antonio Manda.

According to Manda, all the rules and regulations will be applied as usual and they expect the league to end in December as planned.

“Rules have been intensified as usual and we expect to get the champions in each division by December end” said Manda.

He said they are looking forward to a competitive second round particularly in the Premier Division where a battle for promotion into the top flight super league reached a critical stage by the end of first round.

“We expect stiff competition especially in top five premier divisions between Dwangwa United, Nsundwe United, Dowa United, Namitete Young Rangers and Support Battalion” he said.

Dwangwa United are the current league leaders and their opening fixture in the second round is against Namitete Young Rangers away on Saturday September 26th, 2015.
