In fact any project involving use of natural Resources be it mining, road construction, dam construction etc should firstly deal with environmental impact study to ascertain if such a project would be sustainable. All stakeholders concerns in this project should have been dealt with before even opening the mouth uttering to us that water will be sourced from Mulanje Mountain. Now do you DPP wonder why Nsanje Port is a white elephant? It is because of this stupid attitude.
