I recall Ntata being on record as saying one HTD boss was somehow connected to MK92 billion Cashgate by getting lucrative Government businesses (or something like that) through late Bingu. Chaponda was in Bingu’s cabinet then. Do you need any more evidence that these DPP heavy weights and indeed DPP itself are bad medicine? Why do we still tolerate these people.
