Dear Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development,

Please do not bother us with threats to dissolve the Council. Just go ahead and dissolve the damn institution. It is not serving the interests of Chiradzulu people.

I am surprised the responsible Minister has grown cold feet. This is not the way to build trust and popularly. You are in effect doing the opposite. How can you condone thuggery and lawlessness? How can you tolerate DC’s being transferred wily nilly? Please do something, anything but transfer of Kaleso.
