Now I have discovered that the problem is not you! The problem is the one who sent you to “takata”. You are used to opposing at everything that the government proposes. Why? This is confusion @its best. The govt has no money. The govt is 3ncouraging self reliance by working hard instead of waiting for aid. Now the president is sending pple on 2 weeks leave that means no production hence govt loosing even more money. Pali nzeru pamenepa. These civil servanys fo they not have their annual leave.Koma APM , do u ever consult other pple before making these irresponsible decision. If we can send the almost whole civil whole civil service on holiday for two Weeks its a clear sign that our government can run in part time basis we don’t need a full time government we have less productivity. That explains why we are among the poorest country. We probably just need those emergency services and one other extra ministry to have general duties and have a representative or two from each ministry and a few supporting staff, saulosi as u reform the goverment consider the above.

considering that the period civil servants will be on leave is peak of agricultural activities, I should have expected the government to exempt all agricultural field staff from the holiday to assist farmers in the gardens. With delayed Farm Input subsidy distribution, the holiday will further complicate the problem. Malawi economy is agro-based yet the government categorizes agricultural activities at this peak period as not necessary.
