Ellock Uday Hussein Maotcha Banda: New Walalaine Kawisa

In a very unnerving turn of events the Malawi Government has once again demonstrated that it does not care two pence about poor Malawians particularly those from Machinga.  Ellock “Uday Hussein” Maotcha is not supposed to be a freeman today.   For that Oh Lord!  Bless Our Hearts! The situation is dire!
 
This monster must be taken off the streets and kept away from the poor!  Maotcha should be languishing at Zomba prison where his fellow serial killers and rapists are doing the “porridge”.  And I swear by somebody’s catheter that the cold blooded Elloch Maotcha would match the early ‘70s renowned bloodsucker, Walalaine Kawisa pound for pound in notoriety.
 
Who would expect in a modern democracy that gun totting gangsters like Maotcha who masquerade as cabinet ministers could be given free reign to shoot at innocent people?  The forensic trail is there for people to see.  The chronicles of Maotcha’s lunacy date back to the time when he was in Secondary School where he was even stealing Colgate Tooth Paste while his room mates were sleeping! 
 
This man was even sleeping with either female lunatics or the unfortunate women who were born mentally retarded with Down syndrome.  No wonder he now looks like a sex famished pervert who cannot contain his testicular agility!  He is a very sorry sight that cuts a bloodthirsty demeanor!
 
This man’s explosive temper does not allow him to even live in any civilization let alone be a member of cabinet.  This is an effigy or figurine of evil probably out of another planet.  That our president or his iniquitous Press Officer has not yet issued any statement declaring their position as regards the humungous crime that Maotcha has committed is as contemptuous as it is outrageous.
 
The Police were present.  The law enforcers were the willing witnesses of the whole reprehensible debacle when the lives of poor peasants were put on the line by the stuck-up actions of a radical Deputy Minister.  That man Elloch Maotcha.  That murderous pimp who has being angling for this kind of mess for the past months must be made to carry the can for his iniquities. 
 
Take responsibility people!  This is a democracy!  We are not even talking about a messed up attempt at enema here.  This man was shooting at people with live bullets in the presence of the reformed Malawi Police!
 
Do you remember what happened to MCP’s Lingson Belekanyama?  That honorable Member of Parliament who was put in the cooler just because DPP’s capricious fore-players, the Mtonjani guzzling “Ex-Born Again Christian”, Bintony Kutsaira and the “Master” of unprotected sex, Khumbo “Boil” Kachali urged the Police to arrest him for allegedly defiling the funeral of late Chief Masula?
 
Now what is this folly we are hearing that the police who were present at the scene of the intolerable crime, are still investigating the matter!  What are they looking for if not reasons for not arresting the anal rimming thug, Maotcha?  In civilized countries testimony submitted by law enforcement officers is taken seriously.  Alas! Malawi!
 
Here is the deal: folks.  If Mutharika is to be humiliated at the ballot box it is because of his inability to deal with situations like this one objectively.  It is people like Maotcha and their ilk who are ruining this president’s chances of sustaining the presidency.  It is this inexplicable inertia that will render Mutharika unelectable.
 
As Makalani and his colleague wriggle in agony so do the chances of Mutharika making it in 2008 dimish.
 
The bogus story that Maotcha foolishly tried to sell to the public on the local radio stations about the incident, is just another wasted attempt to drag Atupele Muluzi’s name in mud.  It is illogical for anyone to try to tie that madness to Muluzi when he was not even on the scene when the incident happened.   You only see this type of idiocy in the DPP: it is only a sick mind that can fabricate such frantic and sweltering squiggle.
 
The handsomely built young and easygoing Atupele Austin Muluzi is a gentle giant just like his father.  He is one of the finest and respectable young politicians to have emerged in Malawi, and such frivolous slander directed at him will not hold any sway with anybody with a healthy head on their shoulders.   
 
Young Atupele Muluzi, who is a darling of many intelligent ladies, is as calm as the safest bank in the world.  He is no bomb thrower!  He is too cool for school!  Period!
 
Elloch Maotcha must be arrested and prosecuted.  Let the courts clear him of any wrong doing.  Otherwise this government is the biggest joke of the 21st Century! Every time Mutharika’s ministers fart like skunks at the people, his political stock plunges!  That’s the nature of the game!  Just get it!
