Really-I would think you have already shown that you lack confidence in competing on a level field hence introduction of quota.

Find out the reasons for this proposed system but you so clogged up and full of hate to just even see the faults in this. I take it you are in the US and please see what competetion does to a country.

If you think kuti anena anthuwa ndi mfundo then it shows kuti indeed the pro quota people are dunderheads.

These people have not talked anything that have not been discussed already here. And to make matters worse they have even suggested that the 10 students is not even enough. They seem to not to know what they are talking about let alone the provisions of this proposed Quota system.

Mudzalira ndinu nomwe when the reamaining places after the proposed 10 are being offered to ana a big people and even foreigners who can palm oil the authorities. Mukungosapota zilizonse without seeing the impact in the long run.

If Mr X was manipulating grades for Northern Region students why did the situtaion not nromalise after he was booted out of MANEB? Why did the first Ngwazi have to implement quota after chasing the so-called Mr. X from MANEB? Mukuti Northern Region teachers do not teach well in other regions, why did the other regions NOT dominate UNIMA after Northern Region teachers were chased from other regions? Akumpoto mumangodana nawo, alibe chifukwa.

North is not Malawi. Dr. Ntaba has clearly said that chiefs across the country support the QS yet Northern chiefs are not part of this support. If you say QS is good, how the student with 20 points but has failed to be within his/her quota feel when someone with 36 points from another district within malawi goes to UNIMA. After all these are not from the same parent. and not all parents in the north have graduate children.
