There are so many incompetent dcs in malawi, but they are just being left like that.Check dowa, ntchisi, neno, karonga, machinga just to mention afew. Others are incompetent dpds, crowned by makileniism during one party system, carpet promotions….kkkk chitipa dc, just move anthu awone kusintha.
