Dausi’s daughter found dead
A daughter to National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) chief, Nicholas Dausi, was found dead in the early hours of this morning at her residence in Kanjedza, Blantyre.
A close relation and neighbours told Nyasa Times that Alinafe, 22 a Polytechnic Business Management student was found dead in her room.
“She had chicken pox for the past few days but as of yesterday, the situation was normal. Surprisingly this morning she was found dead in her room,” disclosed the relation.
The body has since been taken to Adventist Hospital for post-mortem before proceeding to College of Medicine mortuary while burial arrangements are being made.
Dausi was appointed as head of the country’s intelligence bureau after he failed to retain his Parliamentary seat in his home district of Neno during the recent Tripartite Elections.
