Shame!!!! that’s very bad. Please educate girls from primary school how to protect themselves from getting HIV and pregnant. Poor government, poor minded leadership, parents abandoning the kids. Guys those kids are very young, parent should be summoned for hearing, This is embarrassing, and the world is watching what is happening in the country.
