Deputy minister booed for using PP slogan during Mzuzu gospel show

Deputy Minister of Transport Chimango Mughogho was booed by patrons on Sunday during a The Big Five Gospel show which was held at Katoto Secondary School in Mzuzu for using a ruling  Peoples Party (PP) slogan to address the audience.

The whole saga erupted when the master of ceremony Timpuza Mwansambo called on the deputy minister to grace the stage during the CD auctioning time.

Insted of going straight to the main point of how much she will pledge for the auctioning, it pleased the minister to shout a PP slogan, “Mphamvu”.

This did not go well with the audience, who asked for her to leave the stage because it was not a political rally .
