Vice general secretary went to Hebert Mapira, who defeated Eric  Mambucha while the mantle to keep finances was handled to Chifuniro Chilambe with Foster Phiri as his vice.

The members committees are Jimmy Smith, Odil Kailedzi, Patrick Jali, Miss Olive Kandota and Doff Botomani.

In his acceptance speech, the new chairman Dines said they want to change things at Lali-Lubani like curbing violence which rocked the club last season.

He also said they will line-up a number of activities for the club to find money which will go towards assisting the players.

“We do not want Wanderers to be associated with violence. Time has come for us to curb out violence because we can’t attract sponsors if we continue pelting stones during matches,” he said.

The Nomads board of trustees James Chuma said the elections were free and fair and urged the fans to support the new committee.

Meanwhile, the Nomads are expected to hold the executive committee polls this coming Sunday at their club house.
