The ministry of education last year in june released a circular that those involved in vandalism/fees payment defaulting should not sit 4 exams. The memo was even copied to Maneb & private xuls. For Maganga to say that just gives doubts of proper communication btn the two.

Maneb issued the same warning last year and schools wrote them to withhold results of students with outstanding fees balances but surprisingly, maneb DIDN’T WITHHOLD THE RESULTS! Now, if Maganga thinks he will fool us again this time, then he better think again! By the way, maneb should also start allowing people who didn’t pay exam fees to start sitting for its exams if it really want us to take it seriously!!

That is the challenge with most private schools in Malawi. Their much interest is in making large profits and not thinking of the future of any concerned students who might have balances to settle.
