So Kutsaila understands democracy better? If we compare Chakwera and this DPP minister, it is Chakwera who knows what democracy entails. Because of illitracy,many people do not understand that their taxes are looted by the DPP. Ministers like Kutsaila like to live a life of concealing information which is reminiscent of a dictatorial regime.What Chakwera is trying to do is to sensitize the people about their right to protect their taxes- his is the demonstration of frustration with the support of the people, a characteristic of a person who understands democracy. IS IT NOT PRESIDENT PETER MUTHARIKA WHO ORDERED THE ARREST OF ERIC ANIVA THE NSANJE HYENA. THE PROBLEM WITH DPP OFFICIAL FORGET THAT THOSE WHO WORK FOR ACB, MALAWI POLICE HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND SOMETIMES THEY SHARE WITH THEM LITTLE SECRETS. FOR EXAMPLE WE KNOW THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN PEOPLE WHO ARE ARRESTED WHEN THE PRESIDENT HAS NODDED. CHAKWERA IS SUCH AN EXAMPLE ACB SOUGHT PERMISSION FROM THE PRESIDENT

Hon. Franscis Kasaila, the DPP publicity secretary, what Dr Chakwera is saying is the only option Malawians can show anger.
You and your government is still shielding owners of the 13 files, suspected of looting public funds. Trust me, Mr,Honorable, MP, Franscis Kasaila no file can be opened without a name.

Just improve your governance but do not intimidation and foul language.
