Dynamos in for Nyasa Bullets double header

All is set for Nyasa Big Bullets Five-year sponsorship launch match against Zimbabwe out-fit Dynamos on Saturday in Blantyre before another encounter 24 hours later in Lilongwe.

The Peoples Team will face Dynamos on Saturday at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre, before meeting the same team the next day at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.

Soccer fans in Blantyre and Lilongwe can now afford a smile, as Dynamos arrived in the country on Thursday via Mwanza border for the two matches.

Nyasa Bullets vice general secretary Kelvin Moyo confirmed the arrival with Nyasa Times and stressed everything was set for the games.

Moyo also urged their fans and all soccer loving fans in the country that they should expect many entertaining activities during the launch apart from watching the games.

“We have lined up a number of activities and all l can urge all soccer loving fans is come in their large numbers during the games. The games will also give a chance to our supporters to see our new signings like Sulumba, Lanjesi and Zoya,” said Moyo.

On gate charges, those who would like to watch the games in both venues have to pay K1000 in the open stands, while covered stands spectators have to pay K2000. VIP stands is K5000.

At Kamuzu Stadium, where there is MBC stands people spectators will pay K3000.

Meanwhile, Bullets  team manager Billy Tewesa said their troops are ready to scorch the visitors and urged their fans to converge in their large numbers on Saturday at Kamuzu Stadium and Civo Stadium the previous day.

“We are ready and the morale in our camp is high. I urge our supporters to come and watch new players downing the red and white jersey,” said Tewesa, mentioning new names like Muhammad Sulumba, John Lanjesi and Emmanuel Zoya.

Tewesa also urged Be Forward Wanderers and Silver Strikers supporters drum their support to Bullets since this is a national matter.

“My plea to our friends from Wanderers and Silver is that come and support us because we have carried the Malawi flag. This is a national matter and no need for ganyu,” said Tewesa.

Nyasa Bullets captain Fischer Kondowe said the players are eager for the game and assured their fans of victory in the two games.

Kondowe said all they can ask their fans is support for the entire 90 minutes.

This game will be a litmus test to their new coach Franco Ndau and their new signings like Muhammad Sulumba, Emmanuel Zoya and John Lanjesi.
