The issue is not about the mayor here. The issue is about Management,s priorities. Lilongwe City council’s management especially the Director of Finance prioritizes personal service providers who dish out kickbacks for every payment made. Electricity, water and salaries are always last on the priorities. Imagine to this day salaries have not been paid. The councll s management is too corrupt.

Nkhani ya ma traffic lights siyachibwana and for your information not all the required points pamakhala a police, mukufuna muzakonze anthu akazafapo? Imagine mmene alili magalimoto mu LL aziyenda opanda traffic lights ndizoona? I think anthu awa sakudziwa mmene city imakhalira, they are there simply to satisfy their needs.

Lilongwe City Council is full of dunderheads starting with Mayor himself all the way to a market fee collectors. Mukutinyasitsila mzinda. Street lights are in a mess, landscaping is almost non existent. Cant you learn from your fellow freinds in Blantyre? Iwe Chapondera ukumva fokofo
