Let me give some the reasons why some people and children do not take ARVs: 1. Drinking them on empty stomachs is what people avoid as break fasts in the villages is non existent; there is always hunger and starvation around the year. 2. Where food prevails, people are just tired drinking them especially due to the fact that it is not pain that drives one to drink them. 3. Children or orphans are most difficult to convince them to drink as they always say ” Iam not sick; so why should I drink medicine?” 4. Children always ask why… Read more »
