Are we serious? Where in the world has this ever been done before? It’s not the national team that can promote professionalism among players; it is only the clubs that can do this. Mind you, national team duties are short time engagements that depends on one’s performance at a particular time.
I Strongly disagree that players for national team should be on government payroll for the following reasons: 1. Players change from time to time due to their performance so what criteria will you be using in paying them 2. We have some professional players who are playing foot ball in other countries but are also hired to play for our national team are these players will be paid? 3. What do you mean Musa? What is the criteria for this? Do you know that that the national teams plays about to games per year and national team players change all the time?
the idea is good because the coach will have enough time to be with the players.the team which we have now can not improve even if you bring mouri…. the best is to let them be togather for along time and give the coach time.
Since players change according to performance, how will it be determined? How long will be the contracts suppose the performance has dwindled, definitely somebody takes his place and will they phase him out and replace him with a new entrant?

We are yet to see how this will be done: Like at what time will they be paid? all year round or only when will be on nation duty? all including professional players or only locals? Because I see challenges in who will be chosen as a national team player and at what point? because they also belong to clubs Bola tisadzawonepo nepotism, favourtism and finally cashgatism.
WITH THE NEPOTISM IN THIS COUNTRY, THEY WILL ALL COME FROM ONE TRIBE LIKE THE REST OF TOP GOVT EMPLOYEES KKKKKKK
