The communication from this commissioner sounds very unproffessional. One might think that the reason for this unplanned by-election is to bring chaos similar to the one of 14/5/2014. So far, we had 2 postponments as far as this by-election is concerned and no convincing reasons were given. Is this part of civil service reform? Jean mathanga why is she still chairing escom? She is busy covering her corruption to the extent that the director of finance Mrs Betty Mahuka has tendered her resignation. Kandulu is afraid of accepting because he know that jean will be exposed.
