That is the way to go GEWE programme. Kudos Mr Hauya and all implementing team for this great idea. Enanunso phuzirani kuyamika omwe akugwira ntchito mmidzimu. that is the best way of implementing projects and programmes in the interest of better results for both the implementers and beneficiaries . Rule of the thumb (meritocracy), the best performers must be rewarded. More often, Incentives are a motivation for better results. GEWE programme is surely touching rural lives, esp., One Stop Centres caring for violated women, school feed initiatives, introduction of degree programmes to cultivate expertise in gender issues, bicycle ambulances and… Read more »
