Proverbs 22:16
One oppresses the poor to increase his wealth and another gives to the rich to come to poverty.

Proverbs 28:15-16
15. A roaring lion and a charging bear is a wicked ruler over poor people
16. A leader who lacks understanding is a great oppressor but the hater of greed prolong his days.

What a joke of a country where the President needs more food and entertainment while his people are languishing in poverty and hunger. If the waiters increase that means the meals too have increased and at the same time the president tells people to feed on mice and grasshoppers, what a foolish government!!!!!
