What about the issue of upgrading and only to be told getting a degree is not automatic to jump to grade I from lower grade until interviews. Is that not stealing? How come it used to be automatic in the past. Someone upgraded in 2014 but is still previously and only to be told to go for interviews now, is that fair, will she get arrears? TUM, is this not an issue to take to court using the money that you deduct from our salaries every month?
