The way I know government procurement procedures, ACB are not involved in tenders. Once the ODPP has given a no objection, a tender is supposed to pass. So what was the ACB doing here?

Sometimes I wonder if those who are governing our country are really Malawians due to unpatriotic acts at its worst level.I even do not understand whether president peter Mutharika is indeed in control of the country as everything is falling apart.Malawi has all the resources but poor leadership,unpatriotic corrupt idiots are pulling us the general citizenry down.How i wish we had someone like Kamuzu or Bingu during his first term ,may there souls rest in peace.As a country we have been very unlucky when it comes to Leaders. Eeeish, the ACB director is corrupt too…koma a Malawi. This Kamoto guy is good and MRA had to boot him out just because he is a very professional guy. I understand the MRA Executive director felt inferior with his work ethics. Munthu akubweretsa chitukuko with proper procurement procedures but some want to meddle into it, WHY Mr Lucas Kondowe…munadya za Sagecoa? Malawi sitidzakukuka because of a few selfish individuals…only if we had selfless individuals like Kamoto…only.
