Even here in Lilongwe many head teachers and school committees are abusing the fund come to Mbvunguti DSS and Magwero DSS and see what is hapening

This abuse is done everywhere in primary school due to poverty. North is not spared especially in N/Bay school so institute audit inquiry promptly.
