Mr. Reporter you need to be serious. I would believe the guys were charged with Man Slaughter which is not murder since the former happens when there was no intention to kill while the latter is cold-blood removal of life. My understanding is that the accused were guilty of beating up a suspect. Wapulika Munganya?

They are just suspects. Innocent until proven guilty. So you want them to stay in jail and be found innocent after spending 3yrs in jail? No no no

What are the reasons for giving bail to a murder suspect? Don’t you see that people will have a feeling that these days murder is a little offence?
