I do! Mzuzu female footballer weds administrator

Woman footballer Shuppie Gondwe on Saturday wedded her loved man Fletcher Nkhoma to be her husband at a colourful ceremony held at the Victory Christian Temple conference Hall in Mzuzu city.

During the ceremony which saw fellow women footballers, club officials, friends, referees, including parents presenting their gifts, the Moyale Barracks player made matrimonial vows.

“I will not leave Fletcher until death do us part,” the 22-year -old Gondwe told the fully- packed Victory Christian Temple hall in Mzuzu with her man Fletcher repeating similar vows.

Football administrators Steve Kachimanga, Masiya Nyasulu, Etson Kadenge Mwafulirwa, Patricia Banda who committed their time to the ceremony to ensure all was well, in an interview said they are grateful to see their friend Shuppie and Fletcher finally making a family.

Gondwe is from Kanowanga village in Traditional Authority Mtwalo in Mzimba while Nkhoma 32 hails from Midima village in Traditional Authority Chakhumbira in Blantyre.

The new couple thanked everyone who supported to their successful wedding.

Congratulations Fletcher and Shuppie for making it. Please Shuppie, teach those football skills to Fletcher and greatly enjoy your matrimonial intimacy in its fullness, Bravo !
