Does it mean it is easy to get money if you are a State President ? Can the people who gave out money be investigated and reveal their names please. They should be charged with giving out money to soften the presidency for favours. The Culprit has given us some very important loop holes in our Presidency, you might find the givers are the very people who pretend to be well wishers all the time.
