This man is cruel. The people in his consituency are suffering with no electricity for 6 months because they support the opposition. Moreover he told escom people not to install the transformer until December, kuti awakhaulitse anthu. Can he help country development with such an atitude??

Whether the bill willl be passed or not, as long as the government in power is the same , there will be no change at all. Liers, thieves, nepotists, etc. Information will still be prescribed.

Not impressive! “soon”….. others have said that before. An answer to Kindergartens. Not an adult like me. Clueless Minister.

That’s his take away home question that will follow him even when he is dropped from cabinet. Remember Kondwani Nankhumwa’s CCTVs footage saga that had sent to ACB? Until now the footage is on its way to ACB. The soon will be soon forever
