May I take this opportunity to thank HE for his ability to appoint competent people from outside the sphere of the selected few. Please keep up this good trend as it can only trigger brighter and bigger days for our nation. I have in mind people like the VP, the ST. This trend is commendable, please continue bringing people of action rather than the talkers and praise singers.

I thought govt was saying it was not its core duties to run profit making entities hence sale of MSB. Why establishing anther bank!
Development fund or development bank to provide loans to small scale Lomwe enterprises.
Its well documented that govt entities don’t fare very well in matters concerning development funds and projects etc. The inefficiencies inherent are well too clear and yet we want to throw more money into these gaping holes. Just look at examples like ESCOM, the Waterboards and ADMARC. Somehow we are expected to believe this one is going to be special and perform miraculously differently…after all it will have the renowned Friday Jumbe at the helm.
Are we stupid or what?
